With 12 years of experience at ESI, Claire GODET manages and maintains customer relations. As a Sales Executive Assistant, she develops sales proposals, designs quotations and monitors customer files. Genuine support for field salespeople, its main aim is to optimize customer relations by encouraging exchange.
Thanks to its expertise Stéphanie CECCALDI has held the position of Logistics, Purchasing and Service Manager for 13 years. Responsible for shipments and deliveries, it also manages supplier relations. Applied & dynamic manager, she ensures the follow-up of Logistics Hotline files and elaborates the commercial proposals issued by the Hotline.
Thanks to her experience of 6 years as Product Manager in the Textile Industry, Cécile NEMBI has acquired organizational skills. Now an executive assistant with ESI Group, she has managed the administrative aspects of client files for two years. Indeed, it is at the heart of the commercial process from order entry to billing. Its versatility is a real asset.
