By 25 May 2018, the European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) imposes new constraints on companies and their subcontractors concerning the processing of personal data. This implies, on the one hand, to understand them and, on the other hand, to conform to them.
From 2018 onwards, the GDPR will apply to any company that collects, processes and stores personal data whose use can directly or indirectly identify a person.
It is based on the inalienable fundamental right of each citizen to protect his or her privacy and personal data. The notion of indirect identification is important: if a company can not directly determine the identity of an individual from the data collected, a third party could potentially do so.
In order to help you better understand the new challenges and the new measures to be implemented, we propose you an information day in Paris on September 25th, 2017. On this occasion, technical and legal experts will intervene in order to help you androvide answers to your questions. Naturally, papers will be associated with this event.
The place will be communicated very soon, at the end of the first confirmations of participation, the inscriptions will be made by e-mail to email@example.com.
