The Research Office is composed of more than 20 people. It mainly deals with the production of software solutions. Indeed, this service develops as many new solutions as specific modules to the customer’s request. After developing the architecture, it is responsible for the maintenance and evolution of each solution.

In order to be the most productive and qualitative, SCRUM meetings or stand up meetings are organized. These 15-minute daily meetings allow to take stock with each member of the team. The concept, derived from the AGILE method, is to stand up, enabling the participants to be as concise as possible on the progress of their previous and future tasks. Thanks to this synchronization within the team, cohesion is favored and the blocking points are detected. The complementarity and plurality of competences is the major force of this service.
